SMART VIEW
The Smart View series is Insight Sorters’ flagship sorting solution, engineered to handle diverse operations with precision and speed. Equipped with our latest optical technology, it efficiently sorts produce by color, defects, size, and weight, ensuring peak consistency and maximum throughput. The line includes the Smart View S, optimized for smaller products like dates and cherry tomatoes, and the Smart View M, designed for larger produce such as citrus, guava and various tomato varieties. This flexible machinery delivers industrial-grade performance across all sorting criteria.
SMART VIEW C -PACK
The C-Pack model integrates our Smart View precision sorting with advanced packing technology. Once produce is graded, the system automates packing by weight or unit count tailored to specific customer standards. The model is available in two configurations:
(1) C-Pack ALT, which alternates exits to allow box swaps without halting production.
(2) C-Pack Automatic, featuring controlled gates that automatically secure the flow when full. This system significantly optimizes labor, ensures high pack accuracy, and maximizes overall packing house efficiency.
