C-PACK ALT MODEL
The ALT version utilizes two exits per grade selection that alternate seamlessly. When the target weight or unit count is reached at one exit, filling switches to the second, allowing the operator to swap boxes without halting production. This eliminates downtime and maintains continuous product flow.

C-PACK AUTOMATIC
Engineered for high-volume automation, the C-Pack Automatic model optimizes the packing house floor. When a box reaches its target, the machine automatically closes the exit with an integrated gate that temporarily pauses the flow of fruit. This allows the operator to replace the box without halting production; once the new container is in place, the gate opens and filling resumes instantly. This intelligent system reduces manual handling, minimizes downtime, and significantly improves operational safety for your team.
MODEL COMPARISON
ALT MODEL
Ideal for operations that prefer manual control and alternating exit management. The ALT version uses dual exits per grade that alternate: once a box reaches target weight, filling switches immediately to the second exit, allowing the operator to swap boxes without halting production flow.
AUTOMATIC MODEL
Optimized for high automation and minimal operator intervention. This configuration automatically closes the exit gate when a box is full, temporarily pausing the flow to allow it to be replaced with a new box. The gate then opens, and filling resumes, reducing manual handling and enhancing worker safety. This configuration also reduces the overall lenght of the machine compared to the ALT Model.
